This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage applicable to specific Riggear products.
1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty is applicable only to the following product:
Riggear Cooling Car Seat Cushion / Ventilated Seat Cover
This product comes with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
All other products sold by Riggear are not covered under any warranty, unless explicitly mentioned.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to:
Manufacturing defects
Functional issues related to internal components (such as fan operation or power system)
If a valid issue is confirmed, the product will be repaired and returned to the customer.
3. Warranty Conditions
To claim warranty:
The product must be used as per the user instructions
The product must be used only with a 12V car cigarette lighter port (not compatible with USB/Type-C or 24V systems)
The original product and packaging must be retained for return purposes
4. What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage, wear and tear, or misuse
Damage due to incorrect power source (e.g., 24V systems, adapters, or USB usage)
Improper installation or handling
Any modifications or unauthorized repairs
5. Warranty Claim Process
To request a warranty service:
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email
Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue
Share images/videos if requested
If approved:
You will be asked to ship the product to our service location
After inspection, the product will be repaired and shipped back
6. Shipping for Warranty Claims
Customers are required to pack the product securely, preferably in original packaging
Riggear is not responsible for damage or loss during transit
In some cases, shipping charges may be applicable
7. Important Notes
Warranty is limited to repair only (no replacement or refund unless decided by Riggear)
Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser
Riggear reserves the right to accept or reject warranty claims after inspection
8. Return Policy for This Product
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and properly packed
A ₹500 return processing fee per seat cover will be deducted
Refund (if applicable) will be processed after inspection
