Store Credit Policy – Riggear 
This policy explains when and how store credit may be issued for purchases made on our official website.

1. Usage of Store Credit
Store credit can only be used for purchases made on the official Riggear website.
It cannot be redeemed on any third-party platforms or marketplaces.

2. Eligibility for Store Credit
Store credit will be issued only if:
The product is returned in unused condition 
The item is in original packaging with all contents intact 
The product is suitable for resale 

3. Return Timeframe
Requests for returns eligible for store credit must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not qualify.

4. Format & Validity
Store credit will be issued as a digital code, gift card, or coupon 
It will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue
