Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Products purchased directly from our official website are eligible for return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will be provided in the form of store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Note: Store credit cannot be combined with ongoing offers or used during sale periods.
If the product was purchased through third-party platforms (such as marketplaces), please contact the respective platform’s support team for assistance.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
Proof of purchase from our website 
Clear images (at least 2) of the product 
A complete unboxing video (mandatory for any claim) 
In some cases, we may also request a screenshot showing your device model for verification.

Return Conditions
To qualify for return or exchange, the product must:
Be unused and in perfect resellable condition 
Be returned in original packaging with all included items 
Have all protective films intact (not removed) 

Return Shipping Process
Once your request is approved, our team will share the return address via WhatsApp.
Customers are advised to use a trackable courier service 
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit 
If tracking shows “delivered,” a Proof of Delivery (POD) may be required in case of disputes 
If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product.
Returns sent without prior approval or beyond the allowed timeframe will not be accepted.

After We Receive Your Return
Once we receive and inspect the product:
Our quality team will verify if it meets all return conditions 
If approved, you will be contacted regarding exchange options 
Store credit (if applicable) will be issued via email within 4–7 working days 

Exclusions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The product is used, damaged, or missing components not due to our error 
The request is raised after the allowed time window 
The product does not meet the return conditions mentioned above 

 

Replacement Policy
We offer replacements in the following cases:
If you received an incorrect product 
If the product has a valid issue verified by our team 
Important points:
Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery 
Approved replacements are dispatched within 48 hours 
If the replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead 
Riggear reserves the right to provide either a replacement or store credit based on the situation.
