Shipping policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1 business day (same day or next working day) for orders placed from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday evening, Sunday, public holidays, or during company closures will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations and unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges
A standard shipping fee will be applicable on all orders (both prepaid and Cash on Delivery).
Tracking Information
A tracking confirmation will be sent within up to 3 working days after dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking details within this timeframe, please reach out to us.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping details or delivery refusal, you can choose:
Reshipment: ₹99 re-shipping fee
Refund: ₹100 deduction from the total refund amount
Courier & Delivery Issues
We work with third-party courier partners to deliver your orders. In case of delays or delivery concerns, our support team will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Issues such as OTP not received during delivery cannot be handled by us directly. Customers are advised to contact their mobile service provider. If the order is returned due to such issues, shipping charges may be deducted.
Resolution timelines may take approximately 5–7 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
If the order has been shipped but not delivered due to courier-related issues, you may still request a cancellation.
Refunds will be processed once the product is returned to us.
Riggear reserves the right to cancel orders under rare circumstances such as:
Service not available in the delivery area (pincode)
Product out of stock
COD order not confirmed
For COD orders, a confirmation call may be made. If unanswered after multiple attempts, the order may be automatically cancelled.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Terms
COD fee: ₹49 (non-refundable)
You can cancel your COD order and request a refund before 11:59 PM of the next working day after placing the order (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Out of Stock & Pre-Orders
If your order contains any out-of-stock or pre-order items, the shipment will be dispatched only when all items are available.
Shipping will be based on the latest availability date, which may differ from initial estimates.
If you prefer partial delivery, you can request a split shipment by contacting our support team. No additional shipping charges will apply.
