It works well and is very helpful when you need a spot to place your phone next to your laptop. The magnet is strong and stable it doesn't come loose easily. Design: The design is excellent and practical. Quality: The material quality is quite good. There is a rubber pad on the MagSafe mount, so it doesn't slip off easily though it is more prone to detaching if the phone is heavy. Durability: I have only tested it briefly, so it's too early to fully judge the adhesion and MagSafe strength. I had been looking for this item for a long time. I wasn't sure if it actually had a magnet at the tip, but after trying it out, it turns out to be quite good. It fits my Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max and OnePlus 11R case perfectly, and the results are impressive. I'll have to wait and see regarding durability, but I hope it lasts. The product matches the description and is easy to attach and detach. It is highly practical for multitasking during work or online meetings. Fast shipping and secure packaging. Highly recommended! I often use my phone for casual video chat while i'm doing other things on my laptop. This little thing is great - easily positioned, holds my phone securely, and can be angled for best viewing.

I cant show you my phone hanging there, but it holds securely. I have an iPhone 14. I do have to take my MagSafe wallet off, but thats okay.

Easy to install on the laptop

Only thing, you have to adjust your monitor angle which is difficult if it?s not a laptop or you don?t have a monitor arm.

Love it, easy to install and really comfortable

I love this phone accessory! I'm using it right this second while I type this. It adhered well to the back of my macbook, and rotates away slimly and doesn't get in the way when I put my laptop in a bag. I had attempted to find other things for this task, I even tried 3d printing one, but ultimately this did the trick and was very affordable. The hinges are firm and hold their place - the magnet works well on my iPhone. If I set my laptop down quickly, the phone weight may pull the screen back but overall, with general use, it hasn't caused me any issues while I'm using the laptop. I just try to get a good 90 degree angle before I walk away or pop the phone off.

I've been using two of these for about 6 months to mount my iPad to the side of my Macbook Air, to use as an extra, extended monitor. It's great to view and read PDFs on the iPad while doing other work on the Mac. (Eg, marking up the PDF with the iPen while writing an email that will eventually include the marked-up PDF.) I'm VERY satisfied.You'll note in the photo of the back of the setup that I'm using two of them: the upper one is permanently stuck to the back of my Macbook's monitor (using the awesomely strong sticker they provide). When not in use it swings around to be flush against the Macbook monitor, and when in use it sticks out to the side, and with the circular magnet permanently attached to the back of the iPad, this swing-arm securely and solidly attaches the iPad to the side of the Mac monitor.The problem I found is that the iPad is heavy enough that while it's attached to the Mac's screen, the Mac's screen starts to unfold, falling backwards until it's almost flat. To fix this, I affixed a second of these holders to the back of my Mac's screen adjusted to act as a "foot" that prop up the Mac's screen. This setup now works extremely well... though when not in use I often get questions of "what are those two Borg-like attachments on the back of your Mac's screen??" (Note: the swing-arm of these things has a back-stop that usually disallows it to rotate outwards more than 180 degrees... which is _required_ for the top of my two holders in order to ensure the iPad screen stays flush with the Mac's... but I had to file off the one I use as a "foot" so that it could swing outwards to act as a "foot". It would be nice if the manufacturer provided two variants of the device, one to use as a "foot" here and the default to use as a mount... or provide some way to allow for both options on the holder itself. But I still give it 5 stars.)The only problem I'm having (I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, but I'd rather give it 5) is that after 6 moths of use, the hinge is getting a bit loose so that I can't any more easily adjust the (side-wise) tilt of the iPad with respect to the monitor. You'll see in the photos that I don't have the screen of the iPad flush (parallel to) the Mac's screen; instead, I have have it tilted slightly inwards so that it's pointing directly at my eyes. This is ideal for me, but the hinge that allows this is getting a bit loose, and the iPad thus slowly starts to "sink" due to gravity until it's flush with the Macbook screen. Luckily this is as far as it goes because there's a back-stop on the hinge that doesn't allow it to move any further back. While this is still satisfactory, it would be nice if there was a way to "tighten" the hinge, but I don't think there is.All around, I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, but I'll give it 5 since it's lasted 6 months and I can live with the slightly loosening mount.

This product works great for us. We use it on our desktop at work. Holds the phone very securely no problems at all. The movement makes it very versatile and easy to use.

It works as described, and I am generally pretty happy with it. However, I gave 4 out 5 stars because the double side tape that came with the product was pretty weak, especially when holding the phone on the side of a monitor. Getting rid of the tape to replace it with a stronger one was difficult and messy.

UPDATE: 6MONTHS LATER and the hinge that allows you to tilt your form side to side or u and down depeding on how you have it s wore out. It is loose and wobbles and my phone doesn't stay where I angled it.... VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH IT!!!! And now I have to buy a plastic razor to get it off my laptop without any more damage to it. I already scratched it somewhen i had to readjust the height as it was bending the top of my laptop screen. Used daily and since the magnet that holds your phone on is pretty that taking your phone off you've got to kind of pull hard that is what wore that hinge out.I really, really like this. The only issue I have is I got a shorter cable for it (1.5ft) the length is PERFECT but it the usb c sticks out of the port kind of far and idk if it's the cord issue or the port is just shallow I don't wanna push really hard as I don't want to break it. other than that, this is great no issues so far. Only other real complaint is it needs some kind of removal tool. Be EXTRA careful if trying to remove it, I scratched my laptop a little removing this. Also, out it about the middle between the top and bottom on whatever side you are choosing. This way it doesn't put strain on the top of the screen and cause it to bow some.

So the good things. It seems well made and solid. The hinges move good, Just enough so it doesn't take a lot of efford but tight enough to hold an iphone 16 pro in a case. The magnet is very tight. No danger of slippage. I didn't need to use the extra magnet ring. The adhesive is holding good with no indication of coming off at all. There is a second adhesive piece should it be needed. The one drawback is that it only moves in one plane. I have it mounted vertically on the top of my monitor. It can move up and down but no side to side motion. If you mount it horizontally it would move left/right but not up and down.

I picked up this magnetic laptop phone holder with wireless charging, and it has turned out to be incredibly handy. Solves the problem of securing your phone on the side of my laptop. Great product. Just two things to remember: 1) Follow the instructions when sticking the circular 3M adhesive. It is very sticky and works well. Align the arrow so that it faces in the correct direction. In my case, up toward the opening of the laptop (parallel to the short edge of the laptop). I did not see the arrow until it was too late and then I had to use rubbing alcohol, Goo Gone spray, nail polish remover, and a razor blade to remove the adhesive and realign it correctly. Once the adhesive goes down, it takes a lot to remove it. And 2) thank you for including a second circular 3M adhesive!

I don't know why a charging version of the adhesive magnetic holder is so hard to find, but it is! This one is perfectly functional and suits my needs. Very happy with it.

Its super easy to install and holds really well. Only downside is downside is the charger doesnt always work. But it is really sturdy and built solidly

Cute and strong. Would recommend not putting it directly onto you laptop so it doesnt cause damage when removed
